Mr. Philip Y. Kollee is a seasoned administrator and professional supervisor with over a decade of experience in innovative leadership and collaborative team development. He brings to the table a strong blend of strategic communication, organizational expertise, and a deep passion for mentoring others—qualities that make him an exceptional leader and motivator.

As Program Manager at FREE Liberia, Mr. Kollee leverages his extensive knowledge in organizational leadership, supervision, training, curriculum development, data analysis, and problem-solving to help advance the organization's vision and impact. His hands-on approach and results-driven mindset continue to push FREE Liberia to new heights.

Prior to joining FREE Liberia, he served as Assistant Director/Project Manager at the Lutheran Church in Liberia School System, where he led impactful projects and contributed significantly to system strengthening and organizational performance. He is also a professional teacher and teacher trainer, having taught at several notable institutions in Liberia, including Kingdom Foundation Institute and Spiritan Academy.

Mr. Kollee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English and Economics from the University of Liberia in 2017, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision.
